Attx is used to convert attdefs to text. An attdef is created
when a block with attributes is exploded. The attributes become
attdefs, if the user uses the attdefs as text entities they
cannot be inserted or xrefd into other drawings because other
drawings will treat them as empty attributes. Attx will
convert these attdefs to text so they can be inserted or Xrefd.
