XLS2CAD is a program that imports Microsoft Excel spreadsheets into AutoCAD drawings as blocks. This application makes bills of materials, summaries, quantities, and tables a piece of cake to import into AutoCAD. Usually, engineering plans must be created, plotted and submitted in an AutoCAD format; however, sometimes the tables and calculations are much easier to build in Excel and then import into AutoCAD. Also, XLS2CAD will remember each Excel block that is imported into a drawing.
