This set of routines overcomes the unreliable performance of Win95 when trying to import text with foreign language fonts into AutoCAD drawings.
The files should be copied to c:\r14\support directory. If your support directory is different, then all of the file related statements in UNI.LSP should be edited to reflect the correct support path.
In order to import foreign language files, first open them in Microsoft Word or Notepad. Then save them as Unicode text with a TXT extension. A style must be set with a non zero height.
When you give the UNIC command at the command line, a dialog box opens and you can select the desired Unicode text file. The program then checks if the file is Unicode. If so, it prompts for a start point and imports the text in the current style and layer.
