CAD-2-CNC Version 1.14 (bug fix) reads drawing-data in DXF- or HPGL-format and generates G-Code CNC-milling-programs. This program is suitable not only for engraving but also for milling complicated parts in high prezision. You draw the desired tool-paths using a CAD-system e.g. AutoCad. With CAD-2-CNC You associate parameters like tool-diameter and cutting-speed to the drawing-elements. The optimized sequence of milling-paths is generated automatically by CAD-2-CNC. You can simulate the milling-process on the PC-screen. The complete CNC-program may be transfered to your CNC-machine with the enclosed program NcEdit.
This software is limited to 200 lines.

This is a cool program for 2D only. It allows you to preview how the cutter will move. You just dial the cutter radius into your CAD model as an offset. Very intuitive for a DOS program. --Jamie
