LE.lsp draws leaders that terminate at existing text objects.
When a text object is selected, a node appears to indicate
where the leader will terminate. The point at which the text
is selected determines where the leader will terminate.

Once the text is selected, the leader is drawn starting at the
point where an arrowhead would typically be placed. Single or
multi-segmental leaders are supported.
