convert AutoCAD DXF files to PostScript?

This programme can make a PS file from most DXF files. It supports
both ASCII and Binary files.

It gives you the possibility to add a PostScript header to the
PS file. The header file should be specified on the command line. In
the header you can declare special fonts and linetypes you vant to
use in your drawing. An AutoCAD Style name can be mapped to a
PostScript font. An AutoCAD Linetype name can be mapped to any pattern.

Entity colors in your drawing can be mapped to any linewidth and it
is therefore easy to fake a pen plotter.

One thing in 2PS is kind of special, and totally off the standard
behaviour. If "/pline { fill } bind def" is added to the PostScript
header all closed polylines will be filled with their entity color.
