Provides an automated method of panning in Paper Space/Model Space drawings.
AutoCAD assumes you know when you are in model space or paper space. This
creates a problem if you are in MS and want to zoom in/out or pan and want to
retain the viewport scaling and alignment with PS.

PAN Paper Space/Model Space for R12/R13/R14 This redefined PAN command will change to PS for you, pan, and put you back in
MS. If in PS already, you will remain there. The zoom function works the same
way.
