Steel Shape - Block Maker is a simple, user-friendly utility for drawing AISC steel shape sections. It parametrically creates and inserts any section from AISC's LRFD Manual of Steel Construction, 2nd Edition. The dialog menu allows selection and viewing of shape properties prior to the insertion of the section. The sections are created as blocks to give them Grip handles for easy editing, and also to prevent unintended corruption of the shape itself via commands like Stretch. Hatching is not included within the block definition and may be edited separately. |

Granted there's no hatch to these shapes. But still save me the time of flipping through that old book and "manually recreating" them. --John K.
